Returns Policy

Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China.


Return Eligibility

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@norafield.com to request the return address.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.


Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original sale condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags still attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped using the same service as the original delivery.

  • Returns must be sent to the address provided in the return form.

  • Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and similar hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.


Return Package Guidelines

  • Please clearly mark your return package as “Return” (tick the appropriate box on your postal form).

  • Ensure the total value of returned items is declared.

  • A return package may contain a maximum of 3 items, or 2 bulky items (e.g. winter coats or shoes), to prevent damage in transit.


How to Return Your Order

To begin the return process, please email us at info@noraandfield.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • A tracking number for the return parcel

  • Photos of the item(s) as received: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging

Returns sent without following these steps will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refunds (If Approved)

If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of processing.


Refunds (If Rejected)

If your return does not meet our conditions:

  • The item will be returned to your delivery address at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Items that are incomplete, damaged, or not in original packaging

    • Items damaged through misuse or wear and tear

    • Hygiene products (e.g. underwear, lingerie)

    • Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery

    • Returns that fail to arrive at the return address


Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank, as it may take several days for the transaction to appear.

Customs & Import Duties

We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process.
If a return parcel is held or lost at customs, a refund cannot be issued.


Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
The only cost involved will be the shipping fee for the replacement item.

  • You may keep the original item.

  • The shipping cost will be calculated based on weight, courier, and package volume.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please:

  • Email info@norafield.com

  • Include photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Include your order number and a brief description

Once assessed, we will arrange a free reshipment of the correct item.

Please note: Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We are only able to offer replacements, not refunds, in these cases.


Missing Items

If any item is missing from your parcel, we will resend it free of charge.
Refunds cannot be issued for missing items; only reshipment is available.


Refused Delivery / Undeliverable Orders

In the following cases, a fee of $12 per parcel will be deducted from your refund or billed to you:

  • Invalid address entered at checkout

  • Uncollected parcels at pick-up locations

  • Refused delivery

For orders with multiple parcels, fees are calculated per parcel and by weight.


Incorrect Address Provided

If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the parcel is successfully delivered to that address:

  • We are not responsible for any resulting loss or misdelivery.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, you may request reshipment to the correct address at your own expense.

  • No refunds will be given for misdeliveries caused by incorrect customer information.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These typically range between $20–$30 per parcel, excluding customs fees (which may be an additional $10–$15).
The final amount depends on the courier and the parcel’s weight.
