Shipping, Processing & Order Cut-Off Times

Order Cut-Off Time: 17:00 EST
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched directly from our supplier in China.
Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping across Canada.

Order Cancellation

Our fulfilment system is fully automated. Orders are processed and dispatched as soon as they are placed.
As a result, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund orders once they have been confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Creating an account is not required but can make it easier to track your parcel.

Important: We are not responsible for delays or issues related to tracking information if an incorrect or invalid email address was entered during checkout. Please ensure your contact details are correct before placing your order.

Change of Address or Phone Number

If you need to update your delivery address or phone number, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
If your order has already been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make changes.
In this case, we recommend waiting for the item to arrive, requesting a return, and placing a new order with the correct information.

Tracking Issues

If you are experiencing issues with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly first.
Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking details to become visible.
In rare cases, tracking may not update even though the order is still in transit.
If needed, feel free to contact us for an estimated delivery timeframe.
